2) Eligibility to purchase

You must be at least 18 years old (or have permission from a parent/guardian) to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that all details you provide are accurate and complete.

3) Products, colour, and variation

We take care to display product colours and details as accurately as possible. However:

Colours may vary depending on your screen/device settings.
Certain finishes (including washed or dyed garments) may naturally vary between items.

Vintage Shadow note: Vintage Shadow uses a vintage wash finish intended to create a faded black tone and a slightly lighter feel compared to other Chapter 0 colourways. Natural variation may occur as part of this finish.

4) Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Payment is taken at checkout using the payment methods displayed on the Website.
If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you.

5) Order acceptance and contract formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase.
You will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order.
A contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation email (or otherwise confirm dispatch).

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, including where:

the item is out of stock,
payment is not authorised,
there is suspected fraud or misuse,
there is an error in pricing or product information.

If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

6) Availability and stock

Stock is limited and may sell out. Adding an item to your basket does not reserve it. We cannot guarantee availability until the order is successfully placed and confirmed.

7) Dispatch and delivery

Delivery is handled under our Shipping Policy (available on the Website). Key points:

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 48 hours (2 working days).
Dispatch times are not guaranteed and may vary during drops or busy periods.
UK delivery uses Royal Mail:
- Standard: 2–3 working days (estimated)
- Express: 1–2 working days (estimated)
International delivery is offered via Royal Mail International Tracked where available at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control (including courier delays, customs, weather, and peak demand).

8) Customs and international orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your country. These are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot control customs delays.

9) Returns, cancellations, and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy (available on the Website). Key points:

Consumers generally have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving goods, subject to eligibility conditions.
Items must be returned unworn, unused, unwashed, and in resaleable condition with tags/packaging.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Nothing in our policy affects your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed items.

10) Faulty goods

If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, contact info@vibesgb.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/video. We will offer an appropriate remedy in line with your statutory rights (repair, replacement, or refund).

11) Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes:

must be entered at checkout to apply,
cannot usually be applied after purchase,
may be withdrawn or changed at any time,
may be subject to exclusions or expiry.

12) Intellectual property

All content on this Website (including product designs, logos, graphics, text, photos, video, and trademarks) is owned by or licensed to GVO and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit Website content without written permission.

13) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

attempt unauthorised access to the Website or systems,
submit false, harmful, or misleading information,
violate any applicable laws while using the Website.

related to delivery delays after dispatch by the courier.
