Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping with GVO. If you need to return an item, please read the policy below carefully.

1) Your right to cancel (change of mind)

 

If you’re a consumer buying online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items for any reason (“change of mind”), subject to the return conditions below.

To start a cancellation/return, email info@vibesgb.com with:

  • your order number

  • the item(s) you want to return

  • a short note confirming you wish to cancel/return

 

2) Return conditions

 

To be eligible for a return/refund:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Items must be returned in original condition with all tags/packaging included

  • Items must be free from marks, odours (including smoke), deodorant, makeup, pet hair, or damage

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or apply a deduction if returned items are not in a resaleable condition.

 

3) Return deadlines

  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery to start a return.

  • Once your return is approved, you must send the item(s) back within 14 days of your return request.

 

4) Refunds (how and when)

​

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you with the outcome.

  • If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank/provider.

Shipping fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law or where the return is due to our error.

5) Return shipping costs

​

  • For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.

  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Return address: The return address will be provided upon request once you contact info@vibesgb.com to start your return.

6) Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

 

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact info@vibesgb.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • clear photos/video of the issue

  • photos of the packaging (if damaged)

If confirmed, we’ll offer an appropriate remedy in line with your statutory rights (repair, replacement, or refund). Where we are at fault, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

7) Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges due to limited stock. If you need a different size/colour, the best option is usually to return your item (if eligible) and place a new order (stock permitting).

8) International orders (customs & duties)

 

For international orders:

  • customs duties/import taxes and handling fees are the customer’s responsibility

  • these charges are not refundable by us

 

9) Vintage Shadow finish (important product note)

 

Vintage Shadow uses a vintage wash finish designed to create a faded black tone and a slightly lighter feel compared to other Chapter 0 colourways. Natural variation between pieces may occur as part of this finish.

 

10) How to start a return

 

Email info@vibesgb.com with:

  • your order number

  • item(s) you’re returning

  • reason for return (optional, but helpful)

We’ll reply with return instructions and provide the return address.
